Plastic surgery: not just for the ladies!

"Good Morning America" took a look at men who go under the knife -- apparently, facelifts among the dudes have increased 14 percent, liposuction rose 7 percent and eyelid surgeries are up 15 percent. And 1.2 million guys had a little something done in the last year.

David Culpepper, 59, for example, had a facelift and a chin implant a few months before wedding because he lost weight and had extra skin. Michael Sean, who appears to be in his 20s, is a regular Botox user, telling cameras, "I definitely feel like, you know, people who take pride in how they look...get far."

Surgeon Dr. David Hidalgo cautioned that facial work on men can be trickier, explaining, "The structures are bigger, the skin is thicker, it generally takes a lot longer to do the surgery."
