It's not secret that plenty of Hollywood stars have gone under the knife at some point in their careers.� When you're under the public spotlight so much you become focused on your image because fans don't want to see their favorite celebs aging.� I know it certainly freaks me out when I can tell a celebrity is getting older -- I like to think of them as being immune to such things as wrinkles and gray hair.� It's unfair and ridiculous, but that's how I feel.� Celebs know this and they want to remain forever young (it's all very Death Becomes Her) to avoid turning off their supporters.� So when the good old rumor mill started churning about Fergie undergoing plastic surgery after her appearance on American Idol earlier this year, I didn't find it all that hard to believe, but according to the singer these accusations are "ridiculous."In a recent interview with Cosmo UK, the Black Eyed Peas star opens up about these surgery rumors saying, ?I read that I?d spent about $30,000 or something...it?s just ridiculous. We had a laugh about it. So many rumors have been spread over the years and you have to learn, especially in this business, to just laugh it off. If you stress about it, you?ll drive yourself crazy.?� While she may have been able to take the insinuations with a grain of salt, but her hubby Josh Duhamel wasn't about to take it lying down.� The speculations got so bad at one point that Duhamel spoke out in her defense saying, "I thought she looked amazing...it's amazing. You put a different color on your lips and, uh, rumors fly. But she's the same, she's the same Fergie... I sleep right next to her every night. I like it."� And hey, what's good enough for the hunky actor should certainly be good enough for everyone else.� So cool it with the accusations cause I Gotta Feeling she's telling the truth.
