Louis Walsh has hit back at suggestions that he has recently undergone cosmetic surgery.
The X Factor judge sparked speculation that he went back under the knife after the reality show returned for its eighth season last Saturday, with fans highlighting his smoother brow as a sign of Botox injections.
The 59-year-old music mogul underwent surgery in 2009 to remove bags beneath his eyes and flatten out wrinkles. He also had dental work the same year, which he described as 'an investment'.
However, Walsh is alleged to have told a friend that rumours of his recent procedures are completely untrue, claiming: "Other than my eyes, it's all natural."
"The truth is he keeps himself in great shape," a friend told The Mirror.
Walsh's spokesperson also denied reports of more cosmetic surgery.
The X Factor continues tonight on TV3 and UTV at 8pm.
