She planned to get more liposuction this year so she will have a ?totally flat stomach,? RaderOnline reported. Her friends worry that she?s going too far. ?Despite being loud and overconfident in public, NeNe has some issues regarding her self-image. Folks noticed a change when she appeared at the TV Land awards in early April, and she told People magazine that she had gotten a ?liquid facelift? ? injections of filler rather than an actual surgical procedure. The new look is noticeable in before-and-after photos, but not everyone thinks it?s an improvement. Perhaps it makes her look more masculine?  | | The 20-year-old daughter of Republican politician Sarah Palin has fessed up about how she transformed her face. It wasn?t strictly cosmetic surgery, Bristol Palin says, though she admits that she?s happy with her new look. In addition to some weight loss, the transformation was produced by corrective dental surgery in December, Palin told Us magazine. The surgery was needed to fix her bite by aligning her jaw and her teeth properly, she said. ?Yes, it improved the way I look,? she said, ?but this surgery was necessary for medical reasons.? But she added, ?I am absolutely thrilled with the results. ? I look older, more mature, and don?t have as much of a chubby little baby face.?
