Note to all the young actresses and a few certain reality stars who are obsessed with plastic surgery?Andie MacDowell says you need to find your "inner beauty."
We saw the strikingly beautiful 53-year-old actress, up very close today looking beautiful at the Project Runway show at Lincoln Center and we had to ask about how she maintains her perfect face and bod.
She told us, and then dished out some very deep advice for younger women in Hollywood who are not happy with the way they look.
What did she say?

Well, first she plugged L'Oreal and credited the brand she models for with keeping her gorgeous.
"I've worked for L'Oreal for 25 years and I'm a testament to their products," she told E! News.
But then she got down to the real deal.
"I don't pass judgment on anybody, but personally I prefer a more natural look," she said. "I think it's helping my longevity in my career because I'm playing my age. I have no problem with my age. I'm really proud to be 53."

Andie said she looks up to people that are older than her in Hollywood in order to gain wisdom when it comes to the touchy subject of aging in Tinsletown.
"Diane Keaton, I've worked with her as a director, and I think she's really intelligent woman," she said. "I like the fact that the things that make her feel beautiful are more than just her face, it's who she is and I live by that same theory. There are things I want to achieve in my life intellectually that make me feel beautiful."
The actress says that beauty is "who you are" as you get older and "what you've accomplished."
"I feel really good about the things I've accomplished in my life and I don't want to look younger. I want to look the best I can at 53, so the idea of cutting my face to look younger is very bizarre. I just want to look the best I can as I get older."
